Rabt help
Using Zoom with Rabt
Set up your teacher connection, manage lesson meetings and understand what happens when you disconnect.
Connect your account
Sign in at your academy’s Rabt address as a teacher. Open Settings, choose Integrations, and select Connect Zoom. Review the permissions in Zoom, authorize the connection, then check the connected email in Rabt.
Each teacher connects their own account. Academy administrators and authorized staff can schedule lessons using the responsible teacher’s account.
Schedule and attend a lesson
Choose a managed Zoom meeting when scheduling an individual lesson. After provisioning completes, Rabt shows its meeting link. Teachers and students use Enter meeting during the lesson’s join window.
Meeting and participant events support attendance. A teacher or authorized staff member must review the lesson record and complete the lesson through Rabt. A Zoom meeting ending does not complete the academy lesson automatically. Manually entered links do not enable managed attendance processing.
Disconnect or remove Rabt
In Rabt, open Settings → Integrations and select Disconnect. Read the confirmation carefully. You can also remove Rabt from Zoom Marketplace under Manage → Added Apps.
Removal deletes the connected Zoom profile and credentials, saved Zoom meeting links and events, saved Zoom source content, and reports identified as built from that Zoom content. This includes report revisions and monthly reports that contain copied evidence from those reports. If the same Zoom identity is connected in more than one Rabt academy, its removal applies to those connections too.
Academy lesson, attendance and financial records remain. Independent teacher-written reports remain. Deleting integration data does not cancel the lesson or delete the meeting in Zoom. For future lessons, choose a new meeting setup. Reconnecting does not restore deleted reports.
If data cleanup is still pending, use Retry data cleanup before connecting again. For help with retained records or a failed removal, email support@rabtsite.com.
Troubleshooting
If you deny authorization, you can connect again. If Zoom says the app is unavailable for your account, contact support. Reconnecting repeatedly will not resolve distribution restrictions.
If meeting creation fails, check the responsible teacher’s connected account and Zoom plan. If you cannot sign in to your academy, contact your academy administrator or Rabt support.
