How to reach us
Email support@rabtsite.com at any time. Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We provide a first response within 24 hours. Resolution time depends on the issue and any external provider involvement.
What to include
Tell us your academy name, the affected feature, the approximate time and time zone, and the error message. Explain what you expected and what happened.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys or unnecessary student information. Hide unrelated personal information in screenshots.

Rabt is operated by Muhammad Sayyed Taha Ali, an individual based in Egypt. Rabt supports teaching academies.
